Time recording according to TVöD

Background

With the introduction of the new time recording system, employees at Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences will be able to manage their working hours from their workplace PC or smartphone / tablet. Terminals in the entrance area can be operated with the employee ID card. The software takes into account the collective agreement of the public service (TVöD) as well as the specific regulations of the university.

 

Requirements

• Working time accounting according to TVöD: Collective Agreement of the Public Sector
• Working time account, traffic light account and long-term account for saving working time
• User administration: hierarchies, deputies, roles and rights
• Processes: Approval of vacation requests, absence due to illness, exceeding and falling short of working hours
• Reporting for employees and supervisors
• Interface to personnel management software HIS-SVA
• Use at the workstation PC, in the home office, via smartphone / tablet or terminal (employee ID card with RFID)
