Technical solution for coordination and scheduling

Background

Especially when different IT systems are used in a group, the coordination of appointments or surveys within the group as well as with external partners is not an easy matter. Exchange via e-mail is cumbersome and solutions in the cloud can sometimes be problematic for reasons of data protection or industrial espionage.

Requirement

• Arrange appointments with colleagues, customers and partners
• Implementation in Bilfinger's CI (desktop & mobile)
• Hosting in Bilfinger's own data center under the name "Match & Meet
• Creation of surveys only possible from within the Bilfinger IT network
• Participation in surveys worldwide (by invitation)
