Project manager for web projects

We have published this job offer as Web Project Manager (m/f/d) here because we are looking for you. But first things first.
As a manufacturer of software we develop websites and web software. As a PM you need the skills to like to talk to customers, to understand their wishes and needs and to advise them on these topics. You either solve the tasks yourself or submit them to our competent developer team. Afterwards, the customer still needs feedback and the accounting department needs approval of the services in order to issue the invoice.
In projects it is important that you keep the overview . You have to coordinate the implementation of agreed services. Every developer is happy when all required information and materials are ready and he can go full throttle. You keep an eye on the budget and regularly update the customer. You need an open ear for change requests and ideas for further development.
If you have already worked as a project manager, the tasks described above should not be a problem for you. You should also apply for this position as a developer if you would like to work in an organizational, communicative and conceptual way in the future.
We love to organize support and projects in such a way that our daily routine can be planned. A normal working day is no different from a day when a project goes online: it runs smoothly. For that we think of everything in advance and plan the tasks in time .
Nevertheless, there are also phases in which all customers have agreed and contact us at the same time. That shouldn't deter you from going the extra mile , because after all, you can earn back every hour.

Your profile
- As an organizational talent you keep track of tasks and deadlines
- 2 years of (agency) experience in coordinating web projects
- You are a strong communicator, friendly and appreciative
- You have a flair for beautiful websites and follow current web trends
- You understand website layouts and functions even on paper (raw form)
- You work in a structured, independent and pragmatic way
- You inspire customers and always have the feasibility in mind
- Inventiveness is really welcome
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is necessary

- Advising customers, coordinating with colleagues
