Names and contact details of those employees are processed who are contact persons in connection with a (possible) conclusion of a contract.

Purposes and legal basis of data processing

Purpose: Data processing in connection with the conclusion of a contract
Legal basis: Article 6 (1) b) EU GDPR ("for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party"), Article 6 (1) c EU GDPR (necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject).

Tax advisors, tax offices and processors who assist us in providing and maintaining our systems.

Transfer to a third country or an international organization

A transfer to a third country or an international organization does not take place.

Duration of data storage

Data is deleted when it is no longer required and there is no longer any obligation to retain it.

Accounting-relevant data is retained for 10 years (§ 257 HGB in conjunction with § 147 AO).

Other data such as business letters are kept for 6 years for tax purposes (§ 257 HGB in conjunction with § 147 AO), otherwise for 3 years (§ 195 BGB).

Reference to the rights of the data subject(s)

The processing of your personal data takes place in connection with the conclusion of a contract. If you do not wish to provide us with your personal data, this contract cannot be fulfilled with you.

As the data subject, you have the right to obtain information from us as the data controller about the personal data used.

You have a right to rectification or deletion or to restriction of processing. Likewise, you have the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. This means that, upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we have stored about you, unless otherwise required by law.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority is:
