Interview Janine

BA: Hi Janine!

Janine: Hey!

BA: You've been working with us since November! Maybe you can introduce yourself first and say something about yourself?

Janine: Exactly! I'm studying Media and Communication Studies at the University of Mannheim and I've been working as a working student in online marketing at Brain Appeal since November 2019.

BA: What was the reason why you applied here?

Janine: Since my studies are quite theoretical and I would also like to find out what I want to do later on, I wanted to work on the side, doing what interests me. What finally brought me to Brain Appeal was the friendliness of the team and the flexibility in the range of tasks. Here, I feel like I'm contributing to the success of the company and also growing myself and learning new things.

BA: We are very happy to hear that! What do you particularly like about your work?

Janine: I particularly like the fact that I can contribute to different areas, and also the good cooperation and agreement on different projects with my colleagues.

BA: How do you get along in the team?

Janine: I get along great in the team. I received a warm welcome right from the start and was immediately accepted as part of the team. People treat each other with respect and consideration, and there is also a lot of room for fun. Joint lunch breaks or the joint breakfast every Friday contribute extensively to strengthening the team, which is very important here - I think that's just great.

BA: Absolutely! What has been your best moment with us so far?

Janine: Actually, it's hard to say. There are many great moments that I like to think back on. For example, I was very happy to help set up our photo studio and thus work on new projects and bring in new ideas. I also love it every week when the team gets together for breakfast or to eat pizza or cake and just talk and laugh with each other.
One special moment was when Jörg brought his dog along - really super cute! That makes it easier to work. :)

BA: Hachja the Luna! Thank you so much for taking the time and here's to many more great moments!

Janine: Sure, with pleasure! Thanks as well and yes, I'm looking forward to it!
