Study Info Day 2018

For more than 20 years, the state-wide Study Information Day has been held in Baden-Württemberg on the Day of Prayer and Repentance in November. The event is aimed primarily at high school students who are interested in studying and want to find out more. The information offered by the universities ranges from events and information about study content, subjects, study financing, application and admission.

Once a decision has been made on a course of study or a field of study, enrollment begins. In the case of a dual study program, a company must also be chosen with which a training contract will be concluded - just as in the case of a classic application process.

At four locations of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), the application process is simplified for those interested in studying. Through the online service Bewerberbörse, students submit their application documents online once in just a few steps and present themselves to the partner companies at the DHBW locations. The companies are informed daily about new applicants and can thus react very quickly.

Digitizing the application process simplifies contact, shortens processing times, and saves costs for prospective students and companies.
